Since 2009, Floodzone Revisions, LLC has completed over 150 successful Letter of Map Changes (LOMCs) through FEMA, which includes LOMRs, CLOMRs, and LOMAs.  That’s an average of ten successful LOMCs per year!  No other company in Florida can make such a claim because we are #1 in this niche but important sector of floodplain management.

We are expecting a big year in 2025!  With most counties in Florida having received new/updated FEMA floodmaps within the past few years, causing so much headache for developers and flood insurance policy holders, we expect to successfully complete over a dozen LOMCs in 2025 alone.
